StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Greenbrae offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member.

    I have certifications in Massage Therapy, Personal Training and Yoga Therapy (E-RYT 500) and have been teaching movement based programs for 9 years. My focus is functional movement and corrective exercise to improve imbalances in the body. When I’m not stretching, I love spending time with family and friends, hiking and playing (friendly) competitive sports! Stretching is the missing link in most wellness routines, and at StretchLab we create a personalized stretch program for our clients to help balance muscular tension and optimize daily movement.

    I began teaching yoga at age 20 and have always loved the complexities of the brain and body! I am currently training to become a Somatic Therapist which helps individuals understand their nervous system and how to regulate it through body awareness. When I’m not stretching you can find me in nature at the beach or on a hike, cooking delicious food and living simply. At StretchLab, I interact with amazing people and work with my favorite thing: the human body! Stretching caters to literally any body – no matter your lifestyle, this practice is for you and will help you live a life with more ease!

    I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy, have amassed over 2000 hours as a PT Aide and am on the path to becoming a Physical Therapist. My passion is sports medicine, holistic health and wellness and learning new things! I’m a fan of 80’s rock, professional sports and dogs. I’m glad to be part of StretchLab, as it’s an exciting new modality in fitness that will authentically help people. I’m looking forward to helping you improve range of motion and move better with a customized stretch.

    I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT) and obtained certification through the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco. Working within the spa and integrative health fields, I developed a true passion for wellbeing and healing. I am thrilled to apply my knowledge and passion for wellness with the StretchLab community! My unique strength here is that I integrate yogic and breathwork techniques into each stretch, allowing for a very relaxing yet energizing experience for mind and body. I look forward to assisting you on your wellness journey to better health!

    I have a Masters degree in Kinesiology, nearly a decade of personal training and health consultation experience and am certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My goal is to help clients reach and exceed their potential and lead healthier, happier lives. I love traveling, new experiences and pretty much any activity that is competitive and challenging. Assisted stretching is awesome as it gives clients not only the physical benefits of being more flexible in their daily routines but also has the psychological benefit of being a relaxing and stress reducing experience.

    As a life-long athlete, some of my happiest moments have involved expressing freedom through movement -- getting barreled while surfing, scoring points on the roller derby track, and dancing with friends. I am a certified 200 RYT yoga teacher and am currently pursuing my goal of becoming a physical therapist. I'm excited to help members ease pain and feel their own versions of freedom through movement. I love seeing how small efforts can add up to big changes in the functionality of our bodies and its effect on our mental and emotional well-being. Fun fact: I was born and raised on the island of Kauai, and I hope to bring a healthy dose of aloha to your sessions with me on the bench.

    I am passionate about helping people. My work as a massage therapist taught me how to manipulate muscles and decrease tension and adhesions, which led to becoming a certified NASM Personal Trainer. I have been training clients and leading group fitness for 10 years and enjoy being part of a client’s wellness journey. Eager to learn more and expand my skills, I saw a great opportunity in StretchLab. As Flexologists, we can truly make a difference in someone’s life by increasing flexibility and range of motion. Helping clients understand the “why” of stretching is really powerful! In my free time, you can find me working out, at the beach, on a hike or exploring new places with my husband and dog.
